London IWSC - Top Gold for Moppity Vineyards
Moppity Vineyards has stunned the International wine show circuit picking up top gold for the 2006 Reserve Shiraz at the prestigious London International Wine and Spirit Competition. The result demonstrates that the Hilltops can stand proudly not just beside the likes of Barossa and McLaren Vale but alongside the great wine regions of the world.

Freeman Vineyards; selected for its "fascinating wines inspired by north-east Italy".

Clonakilla 2004 Hilltops Shiraz
"The first of the Hilltops to carry a Viognier influence - it's been fermented on Viognier skins. The effect is mesmerizing. There's a richness here, a silken plumminess, a hint of undergrowth and lots of sweet lift - given time to settle and develop, this will be a fair dinkum cracker. Bound to be one of the top-notch bargains of the year. Drink: Now-2014. 93 points."

- Campbell Mattinson, WINEFRONT MONTHLY, March 2005

"This smells beautiful: raspberries, currants, apricot - really curranty - with earthy spice like szechuan pepper. Lovely raspberry fruit sweetness in the mouth with pips, chewy tannins, and fine oak mouth-aromas. A long, rich fruitcakey finish. …this is incredible value for money. (95/100)"
